Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program

The Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program can provide eligible patients with significant savings on some of the costs associated with their NUWIQ treatment. If you’re currently using NUWIQ, or if you’re about to begin therapy, our Co-Pay Assistance Program can offer savings up to

$12,000

per year on the out-of-pocket costs associated with your therapy.

How Do I Enroll?

It’s simple. Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance enrollment is handled by your specialty pharmacy on your behalf. Here’s how it works:

  • Ask your specialty pharmacy if they work with the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program and if you are eligible.
  • If so, your specialty pharmacy will fill your prescription and submit your co-pay claim using a special designation — BIN: 016664, PCN: MEDMONK, and Cardholder ID: MEDMONK. This will automatically start the process to enroll you in the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program.
  • Once your co-pay claim has been accepted for processing, you will receive a secure link via text message to review and provide your consent for co-pay assistance.
  • After you have submitted your consent, it’s official – you’re enrolled in the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program. Each calendar year you will be asked to provide your consent to participate in the program.
