Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program
The Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program can provide eligible patients with significant savings on some of the costs associated with their NUWIQ treatment. If your patients are currently on or if they’re about to begin using NUWIQ, our Co-Pay Assistance Program can offer them savings of up to
$12,000
per year on the out-of-pocket costs associated with their factor therapy.How Do Patients Enroll?
It’s simple to enroll your patients into the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program. Here’s how it works:
- Check that your patient meets the eligibility requirements for co-pay assistance, which can be found on the NUWIQ Provider Portal.
- If so, fill your patient’s prescription and submit your co-pay claim using this designation — BIN: 016664, PCN: MEDMONK, and Cardholder ID: MEDMONK. This will automatically start the process to enroll your patient in the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program.
- Once you process your claim for co-pay assistance, your patient will receive a secure link via text message to review and provide the consent for co-pay assistance.
- Patients will be enrolled in the Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program upon submission of the first claim. There’s nothing more for your patients to do!

About Co-Pay Assistance and Eligibility
- Your patient must currently be using NUWIQ from Octapharma, or have a prescription to begin therapy
- Your patient must have a commercial insurance plan
- Patients with Medicare, Medicaid, Medigap, VA, DOD, Tricare or other federal or state government insurance are not eligible
- Co-pay assistance may only be applied to co-payments, deductibles and co-insurance that may be associated with the cost of NUWIQ from Octapharma
- The Octapharma Co-Pay Assistance Program does not cover costs associated with administration of therapy, such as office visits, infusion costs, or other professional services
