In fact, NUWIQ is the first and only rFVIII produced in a human cell line without chemical modification or protein fusion. We call it &lsquo;A Natural Choice&rsquo;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The rFVIII protein produced in a human cell line closely resembles the FVIII the body produces naturally<sup>3<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>May help reduce the risk of forming <a href=\"https:\/\/nuwiqusa.com\/hcp\/about-nuwiq\/molecular-design-implications\/\">neutralizing antibodies (inhibitors) to FVIII.<sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/li>\n<li>FVIII replacement therapy has been proven to be <a href=\"https:\/\/nuwiqusa.com\/hcp\/clinical-evidence\/safety-efficacy\/\">safe and effective<\/a> over decades of use<sup>4<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to accurately measure FVIII levels with routine laboratory tests, like the chromogenic and one-stage assays, has helped make FVIII treatment the standard of care for Hemophilia A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What is NUWIQ?
